Love the food and the service. The staff is always polite, always accommodating. They deserve all the kudos we can give them. Whoever does the hiring knows their job. My only issue is the drive thru wait time. The drive-through lines are pretty long. I do think that the new line arrangement in the drive-through is an improvement. There's nothing they can really correct. The lines are long at times. The lines are long because so many customers using the service, not because they need more help. They have come up with a new line arrangement which has improved the speed. There really isn't much they can do to make it better. They do need time to cook your order. We're all so used to instantaneous results which is unreasonable in a food service business. I don't care if it takes a while sometimes. I love Chick-fil-A.
From Staff to food to ambiance to Manners this restaurant is spot on! I always enjoy this restaurant as a treat and have been coming here for over 15 + years. I don't care who the Staff is , maybe one or two stinkers but for the most part everyone here has a smile on their face, and always tell you , "MY PLEASURE! " The food is excellent and when I had an issue which was only once, they gave me all my yogurts back , when I had an issue. They wanted me happy , not upset. Sometimes it's the positive key words you need to use around people to make them feel better and make them come back to your restaurant. You want that customer happy. You want their business and their families! This is what small business is about! This store! Bathrooms are clean. When I go thru drive through my order is checked and rechecked! Always a first class staff! They do so much for the Community!

Fast and friendly service . Hot and wonderful chicken sandwich. The crowd moved along quickly because this team really works fantastically!
My drive through order was missing the requested sauces but I couldn't be mad after watching the dancing cow while in the drive through line.
I came here around 8:30 on a Saturday and just had my best fast food experience here in this Chick-fil-A. It started off by my Cashier Angel. I had 2 kids with me and it can get really chaotic. Angel was patient and still got all my order right despite the chaos. I sat down and almost immediately the food came. The person that delivered my food took the time to ask us if there is anything else we need. The chick-fil-a mascot (the cow) started walking around and happily let us take pictures with our 2 kids. One of the girl offered stickers to my kids. This is one of the best fast food experience I ever had.
Even though the line was so long on the day we came, the employees did their best to be swift and accurate. I do wish that there was a menu on display before the spot where the employee was taking our orders. After seeing the full menu, I would've tried a few more items. After ordering our food came out quickly and was piping hot.
